You are considered a sponsor if you wish to help an innovator/inventor with limited monetary contributions (crowdfunding), machining and/or manufacturing capabilities, accommodation, travel and supply of materials. Depending on the innovator/inventor’s criteria, you may be entitled to receive something in return.
There are many reasons to innovate. Some major public and private institutions around the world have realized that in order to improve living standards, with a direct path to sustainable development, much effort and investment must be focused on innovation.
To this end, some indexes have been created to demonstrate that development is a direct consequence of cultural transformation towards innovation.
Innovation needs are translated into Requests.
A Sponsor can help an Innovator in different ways:
- By donating small amounts of money. This is known as “Crowdfunding” (we use Paypal to raise the money).
- Offering the possibility to sponsor, in part or totally, the expenses of accommodation, transportation, food of the Innoventors in your city. Please do not feel bad if you consider that your help is limited, your effort is always enough.
- Allow the use of your help for tooling, machining or fabrication of parts with special or reduced costs.
In most cases, at the Innoventor’s discretion, you may receive something in return (product or service) as a token of appreciation.

You are considered an angel investor if you wish to financially support an innovator/inventor. You can select the amounts of money you want to contribute and the type of projects that fit your interests.
You don’t need wings to be an angel. To support good ideas and innovation projects you don’t need money, just good will and a clear idea of how you can help. Whether it’s helping a friend, a family member, a music group, a theater club, a video production, an inventor struggling to develop a prototype, etc., your help is always welcome. Although helping with money is easier, sometimes another form of help is important and necessary.
You can be considered an Investor if:
- You have available capital and can demonstrate that you meet a minimum limit of economic resources.
- You act on behalf of third parties, identifiable, with decision-making power and economic resources.
- You are part of a corporation, foundation or government institution and have legal authorization to make investments for specific amounts.
To be accepted as an investor with access to the project bank, you have to pass some strict filters and present some legal documents.
